The placement cell of AnnaiVeilankkani’s College for women in association with State Career Guidance Centre conducted an interactive webinar on the topic “SURVIVE AND THRIVE SKILLS TO BUILD YOUR CAREER “on 10th June,2021 at 12.pm.The invited resource person of the pro gramme was Dr. Subasree,Head of the Department of psychology,Madras School of Social Work. Dr.Devaraj, Chairman of AnnaiVeilankkani’s College group of Educational Institutions delivered the Presidential address The Secretary Dr. D Dev Anand, AnnaiVeilankkani’s College group of Educational Institution gave the inaugural address. Mrs. Adlin Deva Sugin, Principal incharge of AnnaiVeilankkani’s College for women introduced the chief guest. The vote of thanks was proposed by , Mrs.Malini Prema Kumari Placement Officer,Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, AnnaiVeilankkani’s College for Women.Total participants of the Webinar was four hundred. Cisco Webx was the platform of the webinar.
Pre-placement Training

The placement cell of Annai Veilankkani’s College for women in collaboration with Rubicon Chennai has inaugurated the online pre-placement Training for the final year students on 23.09.2021.
The programme began with prayer song. Mrs. B Mallika Vice principal, Annai Veilankkani’s College for women welcomed the gathering. The presidential address was given by Dr. S Devraj Annai Veilankkani’s group of Educational Institutions. The Secretary Dr. D Dev Anand, Annai Veilankkani’s group of Educational Institutions presented the inaugural address. Mr. S Ganesh, center of manager, Rubicon, Chennai presented the key note address along with Mrs. Adlin Deva Sugin, Principal incharge of Annai Veilankkani’s College for women. The vote of thanks was given by Dr. S Srinivasan, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Annai Veilankkani’s College for women. All the staff members and the all the final year students of more than three hundred were participated.

ORIENTATION PROGRAMME ON EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS

Annai Veilankanni’s College for Women and NDR Foundation jointly organized an Orientation Programme on Employability skills on 10/3/2022 in its premises. Dr.D.Dev Anand , Secretary , Annai Veilankanni’s Group of Educational Institutions welcomed the gathering. Dr.S.Devaraj, Chairman, Annai Veilankanni’s Group of Educational Institutions rendered the presidential address. Mr.J.Arnold Arasu, Chairman, NDR Foundation presented the Inaugural address. Mr.S.Veerakumar, Co-ordinator, NDR Foundation introduced the Chief Guest. Mr.S.Balakrishnan, Secretary, NDR Foundation presented the Glimpse of NDR Foundation. Ms.B.Mallika, Vice Principal, Annai Veilankanni’s College for Women introduced the Speakers. Mr. Saravanan, Auditor briefed the students about wide scope in the field of Auditing like CA, ICWA & ACS and also guided them with easy tips to clear CA. Mrs. Krishna Radhakrishnan, Founder of WEWA & WST has explained the students regarding various ways to become successful women entrepreneur and government financial scheme available for them in this field. Dr.S.V.Suraj Sundara Shankar, Managing Partner, SVS Foods spoke about entrepreneurship and product marketing. Mr. R K Ramesh Ramalingam, Coordinator Sethu School of Banking, Thirunelveli, Trainer cum Motivator Competitive Exam explained the openings in Central and State Government sectors like TNPSC, UPSC and other competitive exams . He also provided them the tips and tricks how to crack the exams. Dr.M. Delphin Devaraj, Vice Chairman, Dr.D.Johny Christopher, Director, Annai Veilankanni’s Group of Educational Institutions , Mrs.K. Adlin Deva Sugin, Principal I/C, Dr.V.S. Saravanan, Dean Academic , Assistant Professor, Department of Tamil, Mrs.W.Malini Prema Kumari ,Placement Officer, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Applications ,Staff and around 1000 students of Annai Veilankanni’s College participated and graced the occasion . Mr.A.C.J.Gnana Gowthama Pandian , Treasurer, NDR Foundation proposed the vote of thanks.
