1. Students must wear their Identity Cards while entering the Library.
2. Every user must sign the register available at the entrance.
3. Students can access all the resources in the Library.
4. Students should avoid hiding or tampering of Library books.
5. Staff and Students should replace the book or are liable to pay the present cost of the book along with fine. If one book of a set is lost or damaged, the whole set shall be replaced.
6. Hall Ticket/Transfer Certificate/ Degree Certificate will not be issued to the Student if she has a due (Book) to the Library.
7. Only our College Students are allowed inside the Library.
8. Complete silence is to be observed inside the Library.
9. All bags and personal belongings must be left at the property counter.
10. If you are not able to replace the books & journals in proper place, just leave it on the table, do not insert in wrong place.
11. Every user taking a book out of the library shall be responsible for the book and shall return it undamaged.
12. Text Books could be issued for 15 days only. The issued books must be returned to the Library on or before the date of return. Returning a book late shall attract fine.
13. No library material can be taken out from the library without permission.
14. Reference materials (Reference books, Dissertations, Periodicals etc) are to be used inside the library.
15. Users are required to switch off the lights and fans while leaving the reading hall.
16. Students and staff who leave the college for any reason in the middle of the term should return the books.
17. A student failing to return a book on the due date will be fined Re. 1/- per day from the due date.
